The Teacup Widows Ministry is designed to love and give opportunity for fellowship and to create an atmosphere of love and caring for one another. A place where one can be accepted and not judged whether it has been five weeks, five months or five years. We seek an environment where one can heal, laugh and even cry.

When life’s hurts happen, this ministry offers a cup of hope and encouragement. Perhaps as a widow, your cup needs a fresh infusion of encouragement, comfort, friendship, laughter, healing, forgiveness, joy or strength? If indeed it does, then we are here for you.

A teacup is given each widow and encouraged to have Tea with the Master each morning.

We have special luncheons, teas, and a Christmas Celebration brunch that makes them feel special and loved. Past activities included a widow’s retreat with 75 precious widows attending. There was a welcome tea, fun time, skits, drama and a lot of good singing from the Lawrenceville Church of God Senior Adult Choir and anointed preaching and teaching that made for a wonderful time together.
